  • To have non-negotiable commitment to quality during each stage of our product’s development, to make all the company’s services consistent with expectations established in our plans and targets. This will in effect allows us to benchmark ourselves as the best in our field.

  • To dedicate ourselves to continuously improve our quality management system to achieve effective performance in the most efficient way. And to eliminate any disruptions which will enable us to have a “zero defect” process with a balanced rapid flow.

  • To monitor and asses the conformance of different processes and to keep track of results and using them to take corrective actions and guide the system’s improvement.

  • To ensure that we achieve and maintain the standard of performance that we like to serve our customers with, yielding results that will meet if not exceed their expectations.

  • To measure the extent of this satisfaction periodically.

 

These objectives will be attained through the following:

  • By communicating the content of this policy to all employees and making sure they fully understand its impact.

  • To inform and guide customers clearly on what and how to achieve their best interests in the most efficient way.

  • By implementing the “Total Quality Management” concept which involves everyone in the organization in a continual effort to improve quality and achieve customer satisfaction.

  • By encouraging employee empowerment, where employees will be trained and then given the responsibility for improvement and the authority to make changes, putting the decision making into the hands of those who closet to the job.

  • Implementing the “quality at the source” concept which refers to making each employee responsible for the quality of his/her work.

 

We as DREAMS MARKETING CONSULTANCY "Middle East" higher management will maintain and improve our quality policy through:

  • An annual review of this policy to ensure the effectiveness of its implementation.

  • An annual assessment of the employees’ commitment to this policy and the correct implementation of its management system.
